Welcome to the new chapter of Nothing But Figs! I’ve finally decided to take a leap of faith to create a dedicated space where I can share my toy content freely. Nothing But Figs has been around since 2019 and though I’ve been posting stuff in almost every major social media platform, I still couldn’t establish a solid footing in the inter webs. I feel that a more aggressive but centralized approach in pushing out content may be more effective as compared to the scattered bursts I’ve been doing all these years.

Also, I fear losing all my content if one of these platforms meet their end similar to the fates of Friendster and Multiply. Establishing an independent presence could free myself from the unpredictable circumstances that are inherent to these platforms. This includes the ever-changing and frustrating algorithms that dictate who gets the limelight and who don’t.

If anything, I just miss writing. Hopefully, I get to be more consistent this time around. You can still follow Nothing But Figs on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook since I would still use them occasionally for short form content. Moving forward, the blog is where it’s all gonna go down.
